Please make your self aware of the following booking information BEFORE booking, Upon booking you agree to follow and respect the following policies and guidelines, Thank you.
 
  • Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
  • Any lateness is NOT accepted and charges may apply/treatment refused as its not fair to go into the next clients appointment slot.
  • Please ensure you have followed any pre care and aftercare thoroughly.
  • To book an appointment a 50% booking fee is required immediately to secure your appointment. This will be taken off your remaining balance and this is NON refundable and NON transferable under any circumstances.
  • Offers/discounts are not applicable in conjunction with each other, Only one discount/offer may be used at any one time.

Cancellation policy
  • I require a MINIMUM of 48 hours notice to cancel or move ANY appointments under any circumstance.
  • If less than 48 hours notice is given you will lose your 50% booking fee automatically.
  • I have the right to ask for full payment up front for any treatment.
  • If less than 24 hours notice is given or a 'no show' to the appointment then full payment will still be required. This can be taken automatically through the card capture system in the booking system i use, of which you agreed to and gave consent upon booking to use*
